  • Career Experience:

    KBM (AS400) since 1996 and MAPICS (S36/AS36) prior. MRP, Customer and supplier scheduling, stock control, stocktaking procedures and inventory management control. Engineering and product structure maintenance. Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control and ISO9000 requirements. Maintenance, analysis and progressing of customer schedules, work orders and production programming. Customer and supplier liaison. Implementation of PC based Time and Attendance Management System. Procurement of hardware and software. Implementation of AS400/advanced 36. IGP labelling software. EDI (Edifact/Odette) import and export file creation and reading. Last job role involved supporting six UK and European KBM-equipped sites with hundreds of users. I was also actively in the migration of data into JDEdwards One World system that brought about my eventual redundancy. Competent in HTML,PHP and SQL. Maintain a number of professional websites in the entertainment, leisure and corporate spheres.
    Three years voluntary ICT support at Howard Primary School, developed and installed Server network and website. Instrumental in gaining Outstanding status for school - page 5 Ofsted report 2011.
